I would like to share a success story with you that happened to me in 2019. At the time I was working on a project in an international organization. The project was coming to an end.
I knew that there was no possibility of staying in that organization long-term. So I had to job search for a new position as of January 2020.
My main issue was not to find work but to find a job that I like and that I would be really happy with in the long run.
In the past I had already worked in many boring and unsatisfying jobs that were paying poorly or where I was not comfortable in the workplace. It was time for me to find something that I could be really proud of that would suit my capabilities and my expectations for salary and that would also offer a nice work environment. I was determined to manifest the perfect job for me.
As I did not know what to apply for, I simply applied for everything I could find on the internet.
My philosophy was that the more I was sending out, the more I was creating opportunities. My belief was strong that the right company would see my profile and contact me if I was just consistent with my applications. In order to be successful, I had to plant as many seeds as possible and be open-minded about the job titles and the industry.
In the first weeks, nothing really exciting happened, but I kept on applying every day for at least five job openings online. Then I got a call from HR of a French multinational. The HR lady told me that the position I had applied for was not a fit to my profile but that she spotted my university background in geography and that this meant I knew about minerals and metals. As the company had just built a plant in which they were recycling materials.
She asked whether I would be interested to come in for an interview. I was so excited; it was a light bulb moment for me. As I had never thought about this industry prior to her call. I could sense that I was steering in the right direction and that the universe was giving me first signs.
The plant was around 40 minutes away by car, even though the drive was long. I was very excited to present myself at the company and to meet the hiring manager. She showed me around, and we then discussed for at least one hour the implications of the job and what would be expected of me. She appeared to be so interested in me that I was sure she would make an offer. Instead, HR called the next day to tell me that another interview round was needed and that the boss of the plant manager wanted to meet me too. Full of hope, I agreed to the next meeting, which was scheduled in four weeks. The boss was too busy to meet earlier.
Eventually after that meeting I was told that now the manager of the manager also wanted to meet me but that he was only available after the summer holidays. Slowly I started to lose hope and got more and more disappointed. I was sure that this was my opportunity, but somehow the process was not manifesting.
To spare you a long story, after more than five interview rounds and three months in which I gradually lost all hope, I was eventually told that they found someone else within the organization.
Even though now I think this decision was for the better at that time it was a real deception, and I slowly got stressed as January was coming closer. I knew that I had to become more specific in my intentions, so I asked myself the question.. “What would a company need to offer me so that I would be really excited and happy?”
(Now you look at her mindset; she has just gone through a disappointing experience, right? And yet, look at how high her posture is. She’s thinking, What would a company have to offer me to be really excited about this job, right? That’s the kind of posture that you get when you start to manifest things with the law of attraction.)
I came up with a following list in my mind.
[And then she has written a list of qualities that the job should have so that she would really want to work there. She would be really excited for it.]
A job that I am proud of, that is related to sustainability, a female manager, a role model, a net salary of 2,500 euros per month, an electric company car, close to my home, people who are excited to work with me and really want me in the company.
When I made this list in my mind, I could sense a feeling of completion and inner clarity.
Shortly after I got contacted by a recruiter from a job that I did not even remember I had applied for. As mentioned, I literally had applied randomly for everything on LinkedIn. So when he told me that he was interested in my profile, I had to check the description in more detail. It turned out that it was a job in sustainability, that the company was five minutes away by car and that the CEO of the company was a woman.
[So you remember her list now; these points are getting checked.]
I also knew that they would offer a company car, which is a regular additional benefit in the country I live in. When I had my on-site interviews, I could really feel the good vibes from management and how much they wanted me to join the organization. They also, after some negotiation from my side, agreed on my salary expectations.
[Basically all the boxes got checked.]
Later, when I started working, I also got the information about which car would be ordered as company car, and it was a hybrid electric car.
[That’s incredible! Literally all the boxes have been checked now.]
I’ve been working at this company since then, and I’m still very happy with the position, but that is not the only story I want to share with you. There’s one more amazing success. After that something else happened that was equally amazing. Now that I had signed my new work contract, I was not very motivated anymore in my current project.
[That is the earlier project that was about to end that she was working on when she was applying for all these jobs. Now that she had got this new job exactly what she wanted, she was not really super motivated to continue with that earlier project.]
The project was anyway almost over, four weeks to go at that point and all tasks that were part of the project were already finished. The project was about organizing events for which we had raised a lot of money, and all of them were already over. Knowing that I would start a new job in January, I just felt like taking a break and enjoying some time off. So I played through the scenario in my mind of how I would go to my boss and ask for some weeks of unpaid leave.
As my work was practically finished, I assumed that he would agree to give me the leave. But I knew that financially the month could get tough, as I did not have much savings, and not working would mean to not receive salary for an entire month, and yet I decided to ask for the leave, as it just felt like the whole money thing would work itself out somehow.
[She had this belief that it would work out all right! Then she continues…]
Then in my mind this idea popped up…..this whole thought process was maybe 20 seconds – so what was that? … in my mind the idea popped up that maybe money would come to me in a different form.
The next inner picture I saw in my mind was that this happened all spontaneously and not consciously. So the inner picture I saw was literally the thought, “wouldn’t it be amazing to receive a second end-of-the-year bonus in December “.
Although I had already received the official end-of-the-year bonus, so this idea was kind of absurd. But what should I say…? It was literally the thought that had occurred in my mind naturally.
The next thought was, What if that bonus was 10,000 euros. I know that sounds absurd, but I went up to my partner to tell him about my decision and told him about my idea with the bonus and that maybe my boss was so happy with my work that he decided to share the leftover money with me, which we had raised for the events. My thought in that moment was that if I were my boss and I had a young lady working hard for a project, and there was leftover money, I would definitely give this money to her as a gift for her efforts. I felt deserving and as if that would be the logical reaction.
But then I also forgot about the whole bonus thing, as it was just a stupid funny idea anyway.
[So it was stupid, funny, and absurd, in her own words, right? And she told her partner about all of these things as well, and then let’s see what happens. She continues..]
My boss agreed to the unpaid leave as I had assumed, and I booked the holiday in Spain for two weeks. After my return, it was my last official day in my old job. I prepared some cake and drinks for the colleagues, and while my boss and I were sitting there, I casually was kidding towards him that this month’s salary would probably be very small.
[Because she had just taken so much unpaid leave this month]
And then he (the boss) said, “Don’t worry; I had decided to give you a little on top of it.”
That was the first hint that my manifestation had become true. I had a strong inner knowing that when the pay would arrive on my account, I would see 10,000 euros in the bank.
Another two weeks later it was Christmas holidays, and I remember that I was at my father’s house when the mail with the salary pay arrived. I opened the file and saw that I had received more than 12,000 euros in additional gross salary for December. 10,000 euros bonus plus 2,000 euros, which is a pre-prepayment for the holiday money in 2020.

I sent the screenshot of this to my boyfriend, who could not believe that this actually happened. Remember it was stupid and absurd and funny, but it has happened.
Everyone was in total disbelief, but I felt actually not any different at all. I felt calm and as if it was the natural course of things. I knew it would happen at some level. So I did not feel as surprised as the others. This is exactly the reaction. This was a long story, but I hope it can inspire others to believe in their potential to manifest great things.

My Thoughts On This
I hope this unbelievable manifestation story inspired you. When you start manifesting consciously and you manifest your first desire, then manifesting the second, third or next desire becomes so easy for you. It happens because of a developing belief system. The more you get the result, the more you believe in this. The more you believe, the more natural it becomes for you or your subconscious mind. Whatever is natural for your subconscious mind becomes your reality.
